The new identity for Acorn Venture, the Midlands-based travel company, is designed by Poole & Rutter Creative Design.
Acorn Venture, a long-established specialist in adventure holidays for school children, paid Poole & Rutter a fee of £4000 for the branding work.
The identity is set to be introduced on all the travel group’s written communications material from 25 April.
Poole & Rutter has also created a website for Acorn Venture, which will be launched shortly after the identity, during the second week of May.
The design consultancy won the business following a paid creative pitch, against a number of undisclosed design groups, worth £1500.
Poole & Rutter creative director Trevor Poole says, “We aimed to create a bold, modern umbrella brand logo for Acorn, who are an old and established company.”
Poole adds that the identity is also designed to be readily adaptable to the five divisions within the company.
