Puma and Philippe Starck collaborate on footwear

Puma and Philippe Starck have collaborated on a footwear range, which will be unveiled at The Conran Shop this September. The three dark grey shoe designs, which come with micro-herringbone treads and brightly-coloured backs, adhere to Starck’s design philosophy. ‘Evolution in design is based not on showing off, but showing less and less. It means more technology, more intelligence and less styling,’ he says. The Starck Puma Low and Mid shoes have breathable uppers with anti-bacterial and anti-odour lining. Prices start at £120.
