Boylan subpoenaed?

Wolff Olins deputy chairman Brian Boylan is believed to have been subpoenaed this week to give evidence at the court case brought against British Gas by Addison over the goldfish identity on its credit cards.

Wolff Olins designed the Goldfish credit card branding. The case is scheduled to start on 20 January. Boylan was unavailable for comment.
