It looks like a severe case of Bayleyitis is taking hold at Metropolis Design Group, with marketing director Matthew Bright the first victim.

Following his appearances on Channel 4’s Shop Till You Drop show, Bright is being hailed as an ‘industry guru’, on the level of ‘second most intelligent man in Britain,’ Stephen Bayley.

A request to one of Bright’s assistants for a recent photograph meets with the response: ‘There are some new photos, but Matthew’s not very happy with them.’ Ready for my close-up, Mr De Mille.
