The Grand Design is creating a corporate identity for a pioneering London housing authority.
The integrated communications campaign for Poplar Housing and Regeneration Community Association includes new literature and media relations, all handled by The Grand Design.
Poplar HARCA is the first standalone local housing company to be responsible for housing transferred from a local authority. It will manage and refurbish 1800 properties.
“Our job will be to communicate the services, successes and benefits of Poplar HARCA to a broad audience,” says consultancy managing partner Charlotte Desorgher. The new identity will go live this spring.
