Lose friends for business success

Small-business owners are jeopardising their companies by being too friendly with their clients, according to a survey by Lloyds Bank.The familiarity is rebounding on business owners who need to be firm with their clients – for example, when chasing payment – reveals the survey, which has been conducted by the Small Business Research Trust on behalf of the bank.
