New head of EIG plans global growth

Simon Bolton, incoming chief executive officer of Enterprise IG (DW 12 January), is looking to acquire design consultancies when he takes up the post next week, and does not rule out acquisitions in the London market. He is charged with building the consultancy globally, particularly in the North American and Asian regions.

Enterprise IG’s accounts show that the turnover in North America was just £170 000 in 2004, down from almost £1.4m in 2003. Turnover in Asia rose from £150 000 to almost £900 000 over the same period.
