Clockwork radio inventor Trevor Baylis has been awarded an OBE in the Queen’s birthday honours list. CBE’s went to fashion designer Zandra Rhodes, and architects Allen Short and Spencer de Grey. John Denny at architect Cecil Denny Highton has received a CMG, Order of St Michael and St George.
