Landor Latin America overhauls identity of region’s biggest bank

Latin America’s biggest private bank has a new corporate identity and visual branding system designed by Landor Latin America.

Banco Bradesco, based in Brazil, has record profits and soaring stock and is advancing technologically. It services 2.9m people a day and administrates 20m saving accounts.

“Bradesco recognised that its identity no longer reflected or effectively communicated what the bank had become,” says Landor Latin America executive director and principal William Berenson.

The new marque features a tree-like symbol linked to the Bradesco wordmark to form the identity’s signature.

The consultancy designed interior enhancements for the bank’s 2000 branches, along with new ATM and kiosk designs.

The logo is being applied to marketing and advertising materials, credit cards and Bradesco’s website designed by Landor.
