EXHIBITIONS

The Affordable Art Company Exhibition and Sale shows work by young British contemporary artists. Over 200 exhibits have been gathered from London galleries which specialise in 20th century art. Also on display will be work by David Hockney (such as Paper Pools, shown left), Pierre Bonnard, Pablo Picasso and Henry Moore. From 25-30 March.

The winning entry for Concept House 98 will be on show at The Ideal Home Exhibition. Nigel Coates’ Oyster House is designed to be an alternative to the traditional estate home. The exhibition continues until 13 April.

Work commissioned by The Observer over the last five years by Lee Stannard is on show at Powers of Observation. This set of Stannard’s illustrations forms a distinctive and cohesive body of work. The exhibition runs from 23 March until 3 April.
