RCA position for Myerson

Design commentator Jeremy Myerson is to step in as co-director of the Royal College of Art’s new Helen Hamlyn Research Centre when it launches in January (DW 6 November).

He will work alongside Professor Roger Coleman, head of the RCA’s DesignAge unit , which will be absorbed into the new centre.

Myerson is quitting his job as Professor of Contemporary Design at De Montfort University in Leicester at the end of the year. James Woodhuysen remains in the post there with the same title.
