Adobe has a new plug-in for Premiere which allows CD-ROM developers to make movies optimised for playback in low data environments – which is another way of saying CD-ROMs. It’s called CD-ROM Movie Maker. For Photoshop there are three new plug-ins aimed at speeding it up and supporting the latest GIF file format spec.
