Diary; Fuzzy Logic; The John Kobal Photographic Portrait Award; Natural Progressions; Turner Prize

The first solo exhibition of work by photographer Corinne Day shows at Diary until 26 November. The work is a culmination of ten year’s work and is a frank and personal photographic account of Day’s life and friendships.

Fuzzy Logic is an exhibition of new work by textile designer Peet Leather and furniture designer Carl Hahn, from 23 October until 13 November.

Venue: Unit 1.15, Oxo Tower Wharf, Bargehouse Street, London SE1.

The John Kobal Photographic Portrait Award will exhibit the best of the entries to this year’s award, aiming to showcase new talent in portrait photography.

Venue: Porter Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, St Martin’s Place, London WC2.

Natural Progressions is a series of life drawings that explore the boundaries and possibilities of the human form by artist Tim Brooks. The work will be displayed until 16 November.

Venue: AKA Design Consultants, 32 High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3EL.

This year’s Turner Prize shortlisted artists will exhibit from 25 October until 14 January 2001. The prize is intended to promote public discussion of new developments in contemporary British art. The winner will be announced on 28 November.
