This week sees a change in the relationship between white goods brands Hotpoint, Creda and Cannon. Previously, all were part of holding company General Domestic Appliances. But now Creda has been “reversed” into Hotpoint, which has been renamed as General Domestic Appliances.
The GDA name will be kept low profile, with each of the brands maintaining distinct development teams and brands, says Hotpoint marketing director Steve Holton.
