Plagiarism? It’s likely to be just a passing resemblance
Let’s not go down the path of ‘I created something like that years ago’ again (Letters, DW 18 November). If creative work is plagiarised, then sue. If you’re ‘flattered’ by similarity, then that’s all it is, an unrelated passing resemblance. A grumpy old museum attendant sitting in a bleak corridor [see The Partners’ Museum of Emotions poster] is hardly uncommon. Can we put a permanent seal on this can of worms now?
