A case of sour grapes, or of good taste?…

Finding out who is on a client’s design shortlist is often a process of elimination. Calls are made, questions are asked. Sometimes answers are proffered.

Michael Johnson, of Johnson Banks, was apparently not among those asked to join the British Airways design roster, which is currently being revamped (DW 26 June).

But he hasn’t lost any sleep over it. ‘I couldn’t work with that ghastly logo,’ he admits.
