Taunton Cider is to launch an addition to its Diamond White brand this month, called Diamond Ice. Design work has been carried out by Bristol consultancy Dowry Design Associates.
The Diamond Ice brand is aimed at 18- to 30-year-olds and, according to Taunton’s senior brand manager Sophie van Berckel, the packaging “reinforces the brand’s strong yet cool masculine image”.
The Diamond Ice packaging is developed from the parent brand, with the type reflecting an ice image which “underlines the brand’s masculine image”, says Dowry partner Andrew Sanders.
Dowry has been working with Taunton on the Diamond White brand since its inception and won the Diamond Ice work as a result.
The consultancy is also designing promotional posters for the brand’s launch.
