Bra Wars… showing at the High Court

As innovators of the UK’s more recent addition to the lingerie market, the brains behind the Ultimo bra seem to have lost all notion of ‘support’ as they embark on a £500 000 legal wrangle in the High Court.

As innovators of the UK’s more recent addition to the lingerie market, the brains behind the Ultimo bra seem to have lost all notion of ‘support’ as they embark on a £500,000 legal wrangle in the High Court.

Launched last August by MJM International as the safe alternative to breast enlargement, the Ultimo bra contains gel-filled pouches. But ownership of the design is now being disputed between former director Clifford Taylor, who says his wife has intellectual property rights to the bra, and MJM boss Michelle Mone, who claims the idea was hers.

They will probably all end up making complete tits of themselves.
