Rodney Fitch and Company and the FM Group are pitching to design an identity for Virgin Express, the new name for the European airline bought this week by the Virgin Group. The type of pitch is not known.

Firbank Kempster has promoted David Hall to group managing director as part of an internal restructure. Jerry Firbank is now group chairman and will spearhead its planned move into the US market.
