Sands gets loved up

Elmwood chairman Jonathan Sands is an affectionate man – so much so that he recently offered his staff a piece of the action (DW 20 October).

But his adoration of staff and industry mates peaked on Monday night, when Elmwood won a Design Effectiveness Award. Overcome with emotion, Sands could offer just three words, repeated to anyone who happened by his table: ‘I love you’.
