Start Creative and animator 12 Foot 6 have collaborated on a series of whimsical in-flight brand ads promoting Flying Club, Virgin Atlantic’s frequent-flyer scheme. The 30-second and three ten-second spots, which launched last week, follow the adventures of brand character Miles, as he is ‘transported’ into rewards including upgrades, hot-air balloon rides and safari trips (pictured). Miles, meanwhile, remains ensconced in his airline seat with the tagline, ‘Do nothing, get everything.’ ‘The idea was to develop a concept that connects with people at all levels,’ explains Julian Wild, Start Creative digital media creative director.
