LDDC shortlists ten
Ten landscape design practices have been shortlisted in an international competition to design a 9ha riverside park for London Docklands Development Corporation.
The finalists, chosen from 143 entrants, will prepare outline schemes for land adjacent to the Thames Barrier in the Royal Docks. The park should be created by summer 1998.
The shortlist includes UK consultancies BDP Landscapes, Cass Associates, EDAW and Ian White Associates.
