Circus site for latest Brit film poster campaign

The latest Brit-flick is creating a visual pun on its title by launching a poster campaign at Piccadilly Circus Underground station. The film, called Circus, stars John Hannah, Eddie Izard, Brian Conley, and Famke Jannsen, and the posters were created by Empire Design. Shot at three locations, the images were put together on Brighton beach ‘to give the feel of a cool but quirky look at the Brighton underworld’, says Empire director Stephen Burdge. The designers were Paul Wilson and Kapo Leung. The film is due for release through Columbia Tristar on 5 May.
