Give other groups credit for the J Sainsbury work

Your feature Big Spenders (DW 24 March) contains some misnomers which should be highlighted. You attribute Sainsbury’s new Greenwich store to 20/20.

Your feature Big Spenders (DW 24 March) contains some misnomers which should be highlighted.

You attribute Sainsbury’s new Greenwich store to 20/20. However, while not wishing to understate the importance of the work produced by 20/20, particularly the development of our new brand look, it was just one of a team of consultants working on the project and it is incorrect and unfair to give it full credit.

Later in the article, you say “20/20, the lead consultancy on Sainsbury’s new Central concept on London’s Tottenham Court Road”. The lead consultant for the Central concept was Glyn Hawkins at Amalgam.

Sainsbury’s works with a number of different groups at all stages of the design and planning process. To maintain a successful working relationship we feel each member of the team should be given full credit where it is due.
