Anglo-German studio Thomas Manss & Company has designed a book, Ordnung & Eccentricity, published in February.

Design is the subject of the book, including design for business, the role of stationery and ‘the art of designing things that you want to keep and more’.

The title of the book stems from two essays: one contrasts German and British humour and the other suggests that a design consultancy should combine ‘a teutonic sense of ordnung [order] while longing for a splash of English eccentricity’.

The book features mock-velvet covers in green, pink and grey.
