Lighthouse Global Network has made the latest in a series of acquisitions as part of its worldwide expansion plan.

The group has acquired Avid Group, a US consultancy which handles live events and trade shows, interactive media design and video production. Avid’s clients include Andersen Consulting, Gatorade and Quaker Oats.

The acquisition means LGN now consists of 13 consultancies with around 1000 employees in the US, Europe and Asia.
