A memorial service for Jennet Jessell was held this week at 3pm at the Mortlake Crematorium.
Jessell died on 4 January at the Royal Free Hospital, north west London. She was 49. Trained initially as an industrial designer, she came to the UK from New York to work in graphics.
She helped set up the graphics and corporate identity facility at P.I. Design International and latterly set up JJ Design, also teaching at St Martin’s School of Art and at Falmouth College of Arts. At Jennet’s request there was a party after the service at Greenside Road in Hammersmith, west London.
