Product designer Kay Poon in Hong Kong has created a recyclable plastic fruit juice squeezer through his new consultancy Apricot Manufacturing. Aimed at the Japanese, US and European markets, the Citro Juicer, which comes in red, green and purple, is designed to fit on all sizes of containers. The Citro Juicer can be used by both left- and right-handed squeezers and goes on-shelf this month. Poon set up Apricot Manufacturing nine months ago.
