Chemical giant ICI has a new reception area at its Millbank headquarters designed by Morgan Lovell. The consultancy relocated the area to the front of the building and designed the desk so that receptionists can follow company policy and greet visitors standing up. Morgan Lovell, which had done previous work for the client, also added a waiting area. The consultancy has also completed an accommodation study for Pearson Television’s planned new central London head office. Pearson has now taken the project in-house, says a consultancy spokesman. Meanwhile, Neil Morgan, formerly at the property consultancy wing of Grimley, has joined the group as studio manager at its Soho office.
