Brown Inc to set up in Paris

One of the UK’s fastest growing branding design groups is expanding into Paris to service its eastern and southern European clients. Brown Inc also has longer term plans for the Middle and Far East.

The Paris office will be headed by Francis Gosset, formerly development director at Landor. It will have five staff, but managing director David Brown expects this to grow in the first year.

Brown Inc’s growth in the UK, which has been “rapid but controlled”, will be the model for the Paris base, he adds.

Brown Inc Paris will be based in the offices of sister marketing group The Added Value Company.

Five-year-old Brown Inc estimates its 1997 turnover will be almost 4m.
