US identity group Lippincott & Margulies has tweaked its top management structure in response to continuing expansion overseas.

Chief executive officer Kenneth J Roberts adopts the additional post of chairman, while vice-president Kenneth D Love becomes president, retaining his position as creative director. Barry Green, former vice-president of marketing, becomes executive vice-president.
