Stirling Prize


The Scottish Parliament building has won this year’s prestigious £20 000 Stirling Prize, in a week that also saw the Royal Institute of British Architects award the Sage Gateshead, designed by Fosters and Partners, its Inclusive Design Award.


The Scottish Parliament was created by the late Spanish architect Enric Miralles and realised by EMBT and RMJM.
