EU funding for future research

The Design Council is finalising funding from the European Union for a research project looking at design’s role in shaping the future.

Design for Future Needs will bring designers together with scientists and technologists to work on research and development. A decision from the EU is expected next week on the 225 000Euros (£141 824) project.
