Design Week unveils a new look this week, including a larger format and a picture-led approach to editorial.
Created by the in-house design team at DW parent Centaur Communications, the project follows a four-way paid pitch involving three external magazine design specialists. The winning team was led by Centaur group art director Colin McHenry with Estelle Kalp and Wendy Fallows.
The new logo, emphasising the word ‘design’ is based on Adrian Frutiger’s Vectora. Univers is used for all other headlines and text.
