David Mellor’s cutlery

A reintroduction of David Mellor’s cutlery and silver – originally designed for British embassies – is to be unveiled at 100% Design, at London’s Earls Court, SW5, from 18-21 September. The collection – Embassy – won a Design Council award after Mellor was approached to make it by the Ministry of Public Building and Works in 1963.
