Joining DBA not as easy as it sounds

It is good to hear that we are not the only ones frustrated with the Design Business Association (Letters, DW 15 January).

We set up in business during 1997 and decided to join the DBA.We tried on three separate occasions to join the association – we haven’t even received an application form yet.

Honestly, if we weren’t such mature, balanced and confident individuals, we’d have developed some sort of Northern inferiority complex by now.

Anyway, we’re going to persist in trying to “get in” because we want to find out what all the fuss is about.
