Recession! What recession? is a practical session for successful design consultancies and for those feeling the pinch. It takes place on 28 June from 2-6pm. Speakers from the Financial Times, Willott Kingston Smith, David Jebb & Associates and Deep Blue will discuss issues.

The “hidden talent” of East London’s design sector is exposed at Hidden Art, a free forum and exhibition. Sheryll Catto of the Crafts Council, Ian Rudge of 100% Design, Piers Roberts of Designer’s Block and Foundation 33 will look at the relevant issues.
