Planet Botanic blooms with Rose

Rose Design has designed the interiors, signage, product packaging and website for healthy living concept Planet Botanic, which opens its first store in London on 25 June.

The consultancy has also created the brand identity and a brand communications strategy. Branding has been carried on to stationery and promotional material, which launched at the beginning of June.

Rose received a fee of “between £20 000 and £30 000” for the work, according to Planet Botanic managing director Jonathan Gault.

There could be further work for the consultancy as Planet Botanic rolls out across London and the south-east, says Gault.

“We will make an assessment after Christmas, but we are looking to roll-out Planet Botanic from the middle of next year. By the end of 2003 we would hope to have six or seven sites in affluent communities in London and the south-east,” he says.

“I would like to see Rose Design become our brand guardians,” Gault adds.

Rose Design won the work without a pitch.

Planet Botanic will sell herbal remedies, as well as spa and skincare products.
