Radiate creates funds firm logo

Radiate Design has named and branded investment funds management firm Aureos Capital, which starts trading on 2 July.

The company is a joint venture between UK private equity company CDC Capital Partners and Norwegian development finance group Norfund.

Aureos will target risk capital investments in small to medium-sized enterprises in developing countries and will build and manage the portfolio of 14 country funds developed by CDC over the past four years.

Radiate has also designed stationery, a PowerPoint presentation and an exhibition stand.

The creation of a website is likely but a consultancy has yet to be appointed, says a CDC spokeswoman.

“The Aureos name was made up from Aurora, the Roman goddess of the dawn and Greek goddess Eos, the dawn or rising of a new entity. The logo represents several things, including a springboard,” says Radiate partner Paul Endersby.

The consultancy won the work without a pitch.
