Superclubs’ revamp

London’s nightclubs are refreshing their images in a bid to maintain their Cool Britannia credentials. Heaven, owned by Virgin founder Richard Branson, is to reopen in mid-July with new interiors and graphics created by Virgin-backed design group Rodney Fitch & Co.

And South London club Ministry of Sound is to install 15 ‘Special K’ mannequins originally developed by Elemental Design for department store Dickins & Jones, as part of its summer scheme.
