Pearlfisher pack treatment for Umi range

London design group Pearlfisher has put the finishing touches to a range of ‘super premium’ toiletries for Waitrose and John Lewis.

Called Umi, the premium quality range will be launched later this month. Umi products will span the well-being segment, and they will include treatments for bath, body, face and hair.

According to Pearlfisher director Jonathan Ford, ‘The Umi range takes inspiration both from food packaging and natural ingredients that are sourced from plants.’

‘The Umi name is deliberately short, simple and contemporary, with Far Eastern overtones of meditation’, he adds.

The brand’s naming, design and copywriting were all undertaken by the consultancy.
