US design group Wechsler Ross & Partners is setting up a London office to service clients including Burberry, Center Parcs and Capital Radio in Europe. The consultancy will be called Wechsler Ross & Portet and has recruited former Corporate Edge client director Kirsty Ogilvy and former Bamber Forsyth production director Bill Allen.
