Developer City Loft is set to launch 38 High Street, a retail and residential development in Manchester designed by Conran & Partners.

Developer City Loft is set to launch 38 High Street, a retail and residential development in Manchester designed by Conran & Partners. The building, which is clad in zinc and terracotta, houses a ground-floor commercial space and 49 one- and two-bedroom apartments over eight floors.
