Beer drinkers in Greene King pubs are to be offered the next in the brewer’s cast of Basten Greenhill Andrews-designed character-based seasonal ales. The highly successful series, which started in 1994 with the Black Baron, marks its fifth incarnation next week with Royal Raven. The cask stout has inspired a ‘black as night and deeply mysterious’ treatment from illustrator Kevin Hauff.
