Le Petit Blanc Brasserie, the latest addition to chef Raymond Blanc’s culinary empire, will open in Cheltenham on 2 February. The restaurant, with interiors and graphics by Tilney Lumsden Shane, is the second in a chain of Blanc Brasseries. The first opened in Oxford last year.
