From heady peaks down to rocky bottom

Intro creative director Adrian Shaughnessy survived a pulled muscle, but failed in his attempt to complete the Three Peaks Challenge.

Shaughnessy was one of 12 designers and production staff from the design consultancy who undertook the 24-hour adventure, with nine successfully scaling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon.

After pulling a muscle halfway up Snowdon Shaughnessy, reveals: ‘I came down on my bum. But my biggest worry was that the mountain rescue helicopter would spot me and try to rescue me. That would have been too humiliating.’

Besides a few aching limbs and a general lack of sleep, the climbers’ efforts raised nearly £6000 for the Red Cross Kosovo Relief Fund.
