A takeover bid by French advertising group Publicis of UK advertising group Saatchi & Saatchi was being completed as Design Week went to press.

A takeover bid by French advertising group Publicis of UK advertising group Saatchi & Saatchi was being completed as Design Week went to press. Saatchi & Saatchi has a 70 per cent stake in The Facilities Group, which includes Saatchi & Saatchi Design, Sector Light Design and Red Kite New Media.
