There are two conferences to watch out for. The first is an interactive workshop entitled Effectively Managing Creative People, how to sustain the wow effect. Learn how to manage creative people, foster a team spirit and explore leadership strategies. The event takes place at The Westbury, London, on 29 May.

The second event takes place on the 30 May, again at The Westbury. This one-day conference is entitled Pump innovation and creativity through the veins of your organisation and looks at strategies to release the innovative capacity of people. Various topics will be discussed including thinking about innovation and doing it, by James Woudhuysen, Ideas: the shifting process by Miriam Mawle of Hasbro and creating a learning culture where ideas count by Marion Estieene from deLafayette consulting.
