The regeneration programme, branded by Lloyd Northover Citigate, includes plans worth 50m for Paddington station, where work is well advanced, and for King’s Cross, Euston, Waterloo and Charing Cross. The architect for Paddington is Nicholas Grimshaw and Partners.
