A collection of photographs and quotes from the glory years of punk 1975-79, Punk: The Definitive Record of a Revolution, will be published by Cassell & Co on 18 October. It is a recollection of an era when do-it-yourself ruled music and people wore their bin liners with pride. The 400-page book, designed by Where Fore Art, includes contributions from artists, record producers, designers and journalists. Motion Pixel has created a website, www.punkbook.com, to generate on-line sales.
